Shipping policy

As a small-batch business, most pieces are made to order. Please refer to estimated processing time on each listing. Please do get in touch if you need an item quicker, as I may be able to accommodate. 

Delivery costs

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.99. Please allow approx 2-4 working days from dispatch date. Delivery times may vary if strikes are in action. 
• Free shipping on orders over £100 within UK. 
• If you haven’t received your order after 15 working days please get in touch so that we can look into it. Refunds on items not received will be processed after 30 days of no delivery.
