Refund policy

If you need to return your item for whatever reason, you are able to do so through your online account within 14 days of purchase. You can exchange your item for a different piece, or return for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to the return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items, sale items and custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. 
  • Items made to size cannot be returned if they do not fit - please see sizing advice before purchasing.

Returns policy

  • Refunds will be made once we have received the returned item. Refunds take up to 10 working days. 
  • Refunds do not include original postal charges. The refund covers the cost of the jewellery only. 
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and I do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods on returning items. It is recommended to use a tracked Royal Mail service. 
  • Items cannot be returned due to tarnishing - this is a natural process and information on how to resolve this issue can be found on the Jewellery Care page.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective then please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. I am unable to process any refunds after that period for damaged items.
